Refresher and Update Course
The ASCCP Refresher and Update Course is designed to reinforce the core principles of colposcopy and cervical screening management through practical case discussions, guideline-based review, and evidence-informed clinical practice.
While presentations and supporting materials are continually reviewed and updated to reflect current practice and evolving guidelines, the overall course structure and core educational content remain broadly consistent from year to year.
The course is intended primarily as a refresher and consolidation program for clinicians seeking to maintain confidence and consistency in everyday practice. For this reason, annual or biannual attendance is generally not considered necessary for most clinicians, unless they are seeking additional revision, reinforcement of practice, or updates relevant to their individual learning needs.

GOLD COAST REFRESHER AND UPDATE COURSE
Date: 16 & 17 October 2026
Time: Starting at 12:00 on Friday, concluding 16:30 on Saturday.

The ASCCP Refresher and Update Courses 2026 are a RANZCOG approved activity.
Eligible Fellows of this college can claim 10.5 CPD hours for full attendance.

Treatment Course
The ASCCP Treatment Course is a one-day, small group workshop. The program includes presentations in the morning followed by 2 hours of practical, hands-on simulation training under the supervision of ASCCP Faculty and Facilitators.
Limited to 18 attendees per course, each delegate can benefit from instruction and advice from our experienced specialists.

The Treatment Courses for 2027 are currently planned for Auckland in late August/early September and Sydney in late November/early December. Keep updated on changes to these locations by joining the ASCCP mailing list.
